Signature hardscape and landscape improvements along West Orem between Hiram Clarke and Buffalo Speedway in the proximity of Madison High School. The project is divided into two phases.

• Phase I: Sidewalks construction, with tri-colored concrete accent panels and embedded sidewalk poetry.
• Phase II: Crosswalk Improvements and pavement markings.
